The first round of the interview process for the EID Intern role at GE Healthcare was an Online Assessment (OA). This OA consisted of three sections:
This section tested the candidate's logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities. Questions were designed to assess how well candidates can analyze data, identify patterns, and make logical deductions.
This section covered a range of topics relevant to computer fundamentals such as OOPS, Computer Networks, and Operating Systems.
In this section, candidates were presented with two medium to hard coding questions which were based on trees, Graphs, and DP.
The second round of the interview process was a Technical Interview. In this round, the interviewer started with an Introduction and then delved deeper into the technical skills, particularly focusing on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and Computer Science (CS) fundamentals. The interviewer asked two problems Sum Of Leaf Nodes and Two Sums which need to be implemented using the OOPs concepts. followed by questions from the fundamentals of CS, related to DBMS, Operating Systems, and OOPs.
The final round of the interview process was the HR Interview. In this round, the interviewer aimed to understand my personality, motivations, and fit for the role and the company culture. The interviewer asked about my strengths and weaknesses and expected me to give a proper reason why. Followed by questions revolving around challenges faced me during the college semesters.
Overall, the interview process for the EID Intern role at GE Healthcare was comprehensive, covering both technical and non-technical aspects to ensure that the selected candidates are well-rounded and suitable for the position.
