At first Resume were shortlisted after that there was 1 OA(Online Assessment), and 2 interviews - 1 Technical and 1 HR.
Online Assessment:-
Only two coding questions were there based on Data structures and it ranged from easy to medium.
INTERVIEWS : -
TECHNICAL ROUND:-
You are asked questions about your resume, including a briefing on your work experience (if any). I was asked about one of my projects. Then, there were questions on common topics of OOP, such as virtual functions, runtime and compile-time polymorphism, inheritance, etc. There were basic DSA questions on standard algorithms like the stock buy and sell problem, the N-Queens problem, and similar problems that can be solved using recursion and backtracking.
HR ROUND:-
By evening, I received a call for my HR round. I was asked questions about the company Lowe's. Be prepared and study some basic things about the company, such as what they sell and where they are based. The HR representative asked why I was interested in working at Lowe's. He also asked about my project and how I would scale it. Then, we discussed common problems they face in their company; he basically wanted to see my approach to any problem.
By Evening, I was placed in Lowe's India :)
